Our tracking uses official Pakistan Railways GPS data, updated every 30 seconds to 1 minute. Position accuracy is typically within 100–500 metres depending on the locomotive's GPS equipment and cellular signal strength along the route. ETA predictions recalculate with every update and are usually accurate to within ±5 minutes.

A train may not appear in the live list if: (1) It hasn't yet departed its origin station, (2) The GPS transmitter on that locomotive is temporarily offline, (3) The train is not scheduled to run on today's date, or (4) There is a temporary data gap on that track section. Refresh after a few minutes or check the Schedule page to confirm the train runs today.

The live tracking page shows real-time delay status (e.g., '45 min late') for all running trains. Currently, push notifications are not available — bookmark the live tracking URL for your train and check it before leaving for the station. For overnight trains arriving early morning, we recommend checking at night before sleeping and again about 2 hours before the scheduled arrival.
